#Lolalistens: Toronto born bassist + singer + songwriter Alex St. Kitts releases visuals for ‘Fake Castles’ and did not disappoint.
#LolaListens: London artist Jordan Rakei just released the visuals to his newest single ‘Eye To Eye.’ It gets deep. It gets dark. Eye To Eye is a beautiful piece of work. It’s abstract enough to make you think and get your mind wandering, yet it’s detailed enough for one to know what’s going on….At The Same Damn Time. Rakei gives us the best-of-all-vibes: A little jazz here, a little electronic there and Vwah-lah. Masterpiece.

Pleasure to have met you, you’re my star tonight..“
He’s back with a story to tell. The multi-talented artist, singer, and dancer always amazes. I hope you all read “body language.” We all know him as OmegaSoul and he has returned with a video/story that depicts a man who is controlled by the rhythm of dance. As the dance spirit compels him, he obeys. He is a slave of the melody.

Aeriel, the ultra-femme R&B / Pop Singer from Los Angeles, California came to rain innocent yet nostalgic 90’s vibes down upon us all. She is a woman of power and sincerity behind every word she vocalizes. Her track “Be Down” instantly brought me back to a happy place in the 90’s for sure. The Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey high-time era. Back when R&B singers voices’ were as big as there hearts were. Vulnerable, she is, and vulnerable is always nice when you’re being REAL. She definitely, without a doubt will make a solid name for herself if she keeps this up. Go Queen!
” She’s making way with her sensual 90’s vibes and she’s doing it right. “
Recently, well-known underground artist Ramaj Eroc teamed up with Dabid Music to pull together the Feelings 2 EP as well as the New Chance music video. This time, he’s come with the unnexpected–yet necessary.
After listening to the tape, it is clear to see that Ramaj has gone darker in sound, and incredibly more raw in emotional expression. The layers to this artwork are incredible! There’s Poetry, there’s R&B, there’s Hip-Hop, there’s New School and Old school. LIterally, he’s got a little bit of everything one would need. “Been Tellin Yall” is sure to be a fan favorite. C’mon, who else can go from “Baby, let me tell you how I feel” type-of-vulnerability to “I could give a f*ck how you feel” type-of-cocky? None other.

He’s back and more official! Jay Lyn Gatz debuts his Official “Walls” video off his most recent “Sex Appeal” EP. The smooth and sexy Walls music video was Directed by Ramaj Eroc, the song–produced by Six Ave.
“Losing track of my time–I missed another call. They find another way in, I build another wall.”
Gatz is definitely one of my favorite underground artist for many simple facts. He can make a track that is both catchy and controversial, to say the least. The way he capitalizes on the struggles of this generation with punctuality, bluntness, and finesse ultimately highlights where he pulls his inspiration from. He has fun with his wordplay and concepts, I mean, he compared people to spam for goodness sake!
